The positive mindset in your life sets up the foundation to have it stack and do things and encourage you. It's the motivation in life and the hope. 
This gives you the ability to go after things and to see the positive things that give you peace in life and confidence versus negative mindset where you see people around you with destructive criticism and self-doubt and anxiety the opposite. These are the things you can avoid to live your best life. When your mind goes through any type of rumination or thought process, think of the positive mindset. Pause, stop, think and encourage yourself to think positively. You can turn your day around and at any moment in time when you're feeling stressed that you got this.
