French 75 Cocktail

Build 1 oz. Esme No 10 Gin or Hendrick's Gin

.5 oz. Lemon juice (half Lisbon lemon)

.5 oz St. Germain (Cordial)

1.5 oz. Champagne

Lemon twist

In a shaker, add Gin, lemon juice and St. Germain.

Fill shaker with cubed ice and give a quick shake.

Crack opposite side of lower base of shaker using 3 finger bar tender method..

Double strain into a champagne flute half way.

Top up with champagne.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
