  • The feeling of being attacked for failing is typically the response.
  • Assume positive intentions
  • Respond in curious ways, be vulnerable. Have a can do attitude. 
  • Practice Self Compassion - attending to your own suffering. Give yourself compassion and empathy. Over come your inner personal critic. Realize you are a human and not perfect. You will make mistakes.
